Meet Tina!

I’m Tina “T.L.” Coleman (did you notice the “TLC”?) — follower, founder, author, and yes, foodie. Having grown up in Los Angeles, I enjoy authentic Mexican food and other culturally rich cuisines. 😋

Also, I have my “squirrel” moments, and that’s part of meeting me. 🤣

As the first born of two children, my brother and I were raised by amazing parents, who were married for 63 years. My father, Leo D. Sullivan, was an Emmy Award-winning animator (Timing Director for ‘The Incredible Hulk’ animated series) among other well known animated cartoons, commercials and documentaries.

My mother, Lyn Sullivan, who I affectionately call ‘Mommy’, held a high-ranking position with the U.S. Department of Defense for over 20 years.

I grew up watching resilience in action.

But resilience came with a cost I didn’t see coming.

After decades of being the strong one, I walked through more than my share of hard seasons, which created in me various types of ‘tired.’ Many ‘faces’ of exhaustion that went well beyond my capacity:

  • Laid off more than ten times in 40 years.

  • Coming home at age 26 to an empty apartment after only four months of marriage.

  • Legal and financial battles I never saw coming.

  • As an empath, navigating Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde narcissistic relationships, both personal and professional, for most of my life.

  • Earning my MBA at 50 while working full-time.

  • Remarrying at 53 and leaving everything behind, family, friends, and familiarity, to move 1,500 miles away.

More seasons of running on empty than I can count.

“But God!”

In 1994, during my time in the wilderness, I answered an altar call to accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and I won’t turn back.

And through all of it, I discovered something that changed everything:

Joy isn’t found by pushing harder.

It’s found the moment you stop and let God meet you in the exhaustion.

For over 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through thousands of conversations, from women’s ministry and stewardship ministry to corporate environments where troubleshooting client concerns became my specialty.

Through it all, I’ve learned that most pain runs deeper than the presenting problem.

What women really want is to be heard, encouraged, and reminded of hope.

The Lord has given me the gift of exhortation, and I’ve embraced it as my ministry and calling.

That calling became Joy God’s Way® and the discovery of The 7 Faces of Exhaustion™ Scripture-based framework that helps women finally name what they’re carrying and find their way back to joy, God’s way!

I know what it is to find joy again.

And now, I get to walk with you as you rediscover yours.💖

✝️ Proverbs 3:5–6 is my life verse:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”

Today, I live in beautiful Florida with my husband, where I enjoy my church community, walks by the marina, live music, good books, and spa days.

Women are known to carry so much every day.

You keep saying “I’m just tired.”I’m exhausted beyond my capacity!”

I understand, because I’ve been there!

But what if your tired has a name?

Most women treat exhaustion like one big, blurry problem. They push harder, pray harder, and hope a good night’s sleep will fix everything. It doesn’t. Because exhaustion isn’t one thing. It’s seven.

The 7 Faces of Exhaustion™ Self-Assessment helps you discover exactly which type of exhaustion is running your life right now — in about 5 to 10 minutes.

The Assessement is your ‘diagnosis.’

Once you complete the Assessment, be sure to get your 7 Faces of Exhaustion™ Remedies Guide. This is your ‘prescription’ upon discovering which face(s) of exhaustion you are dealing with and how to move forward…God’s way!

A Gentle Note: I’m not a physician, therapist, or licensed counselor. I’m a woman of faith who’s walked through exhaustion and found her way back to joy. What I share here comes from my own journey and the wisdom of Scripture, not medical advice. If you’re experiencing ongoing fatigue or mental health struggles, please reach out to a trusted healthcare provider or emergency agency. What I offer is encouragement from one who’s been there, and a reminder that you’re not alone.💛
